BRC; ISO and HACCP certification together with a large database of ingredients, flavors and coating solutions allows Witwood to respond to customer needs both quickly and accurately.
Breadcrumb in Thailand and China are manufactured in modern facilities specifically designed to allow the production of a wide and varied range of coating products. Flexibility allows Witwood (Asia) to produce crumb textures, colors and cooking performances suitable for poultry, fish and vegetable applications worldwide.
In-house experience with spices and flavorings and a broad understanding of the technology of meat products has led to the development of an innovative range of seasonings and functional ingredients for sausage and cooked meat manufacturers. A standard range of seasonings and liquid marinades is available as well as customized solutions to meet individual customer’s needs.
A combination of flavor expertise together with wet and dry marinade technology has resulted in the development of products to satisfy most flavor application requirements. Applications include dust-on and tumble marinades; fresh addition marinades; tailor made sauces including sachets and pots are recent additions to our product range.
More recently Witwood (Asia) has finalized a range of ‘flavour pellets’ for stuffing, flavoured cores and Kiev style products with flavour systems including; garlic butter, tikka; lemon pepper; red thai; sweet & sour etc. Applications suitable for poultry; seafood; vegetables and snack products.
